**Boulder Young Explorers is Expanding!!
Check out our school-age Boulder Young Explorer program: age groups from 5 to 11 years!
We get children outside to explore their community and nature.
To offer a Quality Program, we limit all group sizes from 13 for Voyagers and up to 16 in our Specialty Camps.
Our goal is to get children outside, exploring, learning, and having fun all summer long. Check out the list of camps we have to offer for Summer 2026!
Our home base facility sits on 4+ acres of land where children can garden, play, and participate in a variety of activities & camp-style crafts and games. We utilize our indoor space to cool off on hot days, eat, play and to escape bad weather days.
Young Explorers is a full day program; 9 am to 4 pm. We have extended wrap-around hours from 8 am to 9am and from 4-5:30pm. See pricing details at registration.
Our limited spots fill fast, so register early to secure your spot!

The goal of our Junior Rangers program is for our younger children to have fun and make new friends! Young Explorers will be in the foothills; hiking, biking, on nature walks, and more! We have a new bus with the latest safety features (including integrated child seats and young adult seat belts), that will allow us to go out and explore nearly every day. When we are not out on an adventure we have four acres on which to build projects, create science experiments, garden, play soccer, or run in the sprinklers. On bad weather days, we have an indoor facility (at our home base) to do crafts, and cooking projects, as well as reading, experimenting, and learning.
